It seems like I am unable to download the existing calibration that is on my ECU.

No error appears when I click "Download". It looks like Kmanager downloaded calibration that is same as stock PND Base calibration.

Obviously I have changed a lot of the parameters such as B21 Boost control activated, 4 bars map sensor, fuel injectors etc. But the downloaded calibration appears to be still stock (or some parameters are not the latest compare to a saved calibration". If I were to upload the recently "downloaded" calibration file, it will never fire up. I have to go thru each of the parameter and cross check with what I remember.

I end up have to look for the last updated calibration file on my laptop, made modification there, then upload it onto Kpro4 PND. This way, it works.

Is this normal? Or am I missing something?

Will this affect live tuning when I get it to dyno later on?

Please advice.

What is the serial number that is on the K-Pro?

From Help, About, what is the version of software you are using?

It's Kpro V4.

- serial number K-Pro : 45741
- version of software being used (from Help, About): 4.3.4.0

The software you are using is our of date. Download the most recent version from the software section of the website and see if that resolves the issue.

I've since upgraded the kmanager software to 4.3.6.0 on my laptop.
Still the same, no improvement. I can make changes to calibration file, and uploaded it to kpro4, no error was found. I know the upload was successful as I was changing the idle from 750rpm to 1000rpm and yes it does changes accordingly.

But why it doesn't download correctly?

What other files or information I can provide to scale down the troubleshooting?

After clicking the K-Pro button, do to the Calibration Storage tab and make sure you have "automatically store calibration after uploading to ECU" checked.
