Hi everyone,

My wife surprised me with my birthday gift this year of a FlashPro for my 2017 Civic Si sedan. I have not ordered the unit yet as a bit confused on which is the correct unit for my car. Per the ECU # look up on the product page on the website, it states that I should order the Hondata FlashPro Civic 2016+ Turbo 1.5 US version. However, my car was purchased new from the dealer in CA so I assume I need the CARB version of this product. FYI, my ECU 3 is 37820-5AM-A03. I sent in an email to the support email but figured I might be able to get a quicker answer here on the Hondata forum.

The Si uses the 2016+ 1.5T FlashPro, so the FP-16CIVIC-L15T-US-CARB would be the part you require.

Thank you Hondata! Your website ECU number verify is a bit confusing because when I input the ECU number and click on the hyperlink for the product it recommends, it takes me to the non-CARB version product.

Hi Hondata! I have a 2017 Civic SI Coupe and when I check the ECU number it also recommends the 2016+ 1.5T version. I’m just curious why it wouldn’t be the 2017-18 Civic SI version? This version lists the new new Sport Mode Feature but the 2016+ version does not. Is that something you won’t get with the 2016+ version? Thanks!

The SI and non-SI use the same FlashPro.
