On my all motor b series I put skunk2 race manifold and 90mm throttle body. I calibrated my tps .50 closed throttle and 4.5 wot but when I go into smanger to set it up there. I get 5% closed and 60% open and idea how to fix that. Thanks

Adjust it at the TPS sensor until it reads as close to 0 as possible then calibrate it in the software. If it will not go above 60 percent fully open then after calibrating it you may have a problem with the throttle body.

So your saying don’t worry about the .5 volts just move around until the ecu sees 0 and 100

Start with the closed reading. If you cannot get it close to 100% fully open then there may be an issue with the throttle body.
