Help Me! problem with UPLOAD Kpro V3

Hi Guys

a few days ago, my hondata kpro V3 does not work. I have a problem with uploads.

when I click on upload nothing happens. I did the erase ecu but now my car does not work anymore the engine does not turn on.

all other functions go. can it be a firmware problem?

here in Italy nobody knows what to do. not even my supplier where I bought the Kpro.

I am desperate.
