FlashPro Firmware Update Hangs

Just installed Flashpro manager version 3.1.5.0. As soon as I launch it with the FlashPro connected via USB it tells me the firmware will be updated, then the program just says its not responding. Any idea how long I should wait for the firmware to update? I get no status bars or anything and just assume its not working.
