I have a question that if I have a USDM ECU 32820-PND-A07, is it possible to install to a JDM Integra DC5 Type R w/ K-Pro V4? I do some research it need to swap cable between E1 and E10 for fuel pump. Is it true?

You do not need to make any changes for the fuel pump. You will also not have reverse lockout for the 6 speed transmission, unless you wire the reverse lock-out to the secondary runner output on the PND ECU.
