Throttle tip in TOO RICH

car has been professionally tuned.I know most tuners dont spend the extra time fine tuning all the little shit, plus im not spending more $ and driving hours bc i think with some help i can get this sorted. The problem: the cars pegging off the gauge rich when im cruising and go wot... as the rpms climb close to the power band it'll sputter (like ignition break up) and go off the gauge rich. I know its throttle tip in, i'm posting a pic of the current numbers from the tune. Any help greatly appreciated. Basically needing to know how i go about changing the rates, etc. at what interval amounts yall recommend, etc. Image

Just make small adjustments and see if it helps and then make more adjustments as needed.

how small is small? and make adjustments across the board or what? do i match the initial and normal simultaneously ?
