massive lack of power when warm after ecu install

Hey everyone, finally decided to make an account ( partially on desperation too because i cant figure out my problem)
my setup:
03 rsx-s
injen c.a.i
rbc mani
70 mm sk2 TB
k tuned 4-1 header
invidia q300 exhaust
kpro
sk2 drop in cams
innovative a/f gauge
So my issue is this, when my rs is cold and NOT up to temp is runs fine.
when it is up temp it acts very weird and this condition gets worse and worse the longer it drives.
so what happens is at operating temperature. there is absolutely minimal power below 3000 rpm and seems like doggy power in the rest of the rpm range.
noticeably below 3000 rpm, when wanting to move say from a red light at an intersection i have to push the pedal to the floor and it crawls forward suddenly around 3200 rpm it gains power and launches forward, but when i am making a pull against my buddy in his 100% Stock type s, he pulls on me all the time. i cant figure out if this is just a p.o.s tune and i need to go back to the tuner or if something else is going on, most of all the lack of power under 3000 rpm is very concerning as some times the engine dies and usually right in the middle of an intersection and has a VERY!!! hard time starting again.
