I currently have ID1000 injectors on my S2000 and are going to change to ID13000x. What do i need to change in my existing calibration in order for it to keep the same afr and idling behaviour? Do I just change the "current injector size" to 1500 (I have 55psi fuel pressure) and the program makes internal changes?

You must change the injector size and made sure you use the correct dead times for those injectors. You may still need to make some changes to the fuel tables for this to run the same.
