misfire after 5000-5500rpm please help

hello all! this is my first post on the forum. I just bought a 2003 s2000 from Alabama (where it was tuned and drove beautifully) took it back to Utah (4500 feet elevation change) and now I am having a few issues. I have a turbo pre-spool lag time, choking out at prespool but then spooles just fine. AFR drops to 10(min). At about 5500 rpm I get sputtering and fuel cut, ( which I believe is coming from knock), a bit of backfire, but afr holds 11.7. I have been trying to learn hondata for a couple weeks now but still am very new with it. Nobody around my area tunes Honda unfortunately...
I have adjusted the fuel trim back -15% over all tables in the main setting which seems to help out with low rpm stuff. I have tried adjusting the boost selonoid duty cycle for high stuff with no luck. I am running 91 octane vs 95 which is what it was tuned on, but it is regardless running very very rich and all over the place with afr, kicking knocks over 5500rpm. I believe the car is tuned for 12-15psi, but in datalog I get upwards of 19 right before it sputters out.
the car is ap1, straight pipe, has o2, inline pro turbo, wastegate & bov, ID1000 injectors fb340 fuel pump, acura ecu w/ hondata.
like I said, I am new to this and just really want to get her running right. I have attached the log and tune file below, thanks for taking time to check it out
