B16B ITB with iddle issues

Hi,
I have a B16B with ITB (stock injectors / IACV removed / MAP sensor connected to a vacuum cylinder linked to each TB). Cams are Skunk2 Pro2+. Using Smanager for S300 ECU, we managed to make adjustments to calibration (TPS based) so that the engine is running well while moving (we can get the AFR as targeted) but we still have problems with iddle.
In fact, when the engine is cold iddle is around 1000RPM but when the engine starts to get hotter, the RPM increases progressively. At first, it used to get up to 1800RPM (when hot : I live in French Polynesia and temperature is around 26°C all the time, maximum 32°C -> hot IAT under hood when in direct sunlight), then get down to 1000RPM, then immediately re-increase to 1800RPM, then get down to 1000RPM, etc, etc...
We tried to make some adjustments to the iddle parameters in the calibration (iddle controlled by ignition, etc...) but it wasn't enough so we directly corrected the fuel and ignitions maps at 0% TPS in the 1000/1500 RPM range (reduce fuel and decrease advance). We managed to get the iddle down to 1200RPM but ignition is at -4 !!! and AFR is around 14,7 but is not stable!
Also, I have read a lot of very interesting topics in this forum, tried to adjust the calibration in consequence but still feel there is something wrong. Therefore, I would really appreciate recommendations as I am wondering if the important variations in the ignition MAP may not put to much stress on the engine (-4 to ~22...) and would also like to have advises on how to get the iddle to be smooth at 1000RPM.
MAP sensor is around 0.6BAR throttle fully closed. TPS sensor has been calibrated in SManager and throttle opening checked visually (SManager shows 0% throttle fully closed and 100% throttle fully opened).
Thank you very much in advance for your help and support. (Current calibration is attached ; please do not consider higher TPS/RPM as we are currently focused on the iddle issue and just started this new calibration : higher TPS/RPM not tuned)
Any help would be really appreciated.
Sincerely, LS
