2018 Civic ex-t manual transmission torque numbers?

Hi,
I recently purchased a flash pro my ecu says it is good to go. I downloaded the software and uploaded to my vehicle but when i took a closer look at the numbers i was a little concerned. The torque numbers say 650nm across the board for every tune under MT even the 2017 models is this correct? And some of the other numbers are completely different as well such as fuel cut. But even the stock tune is set to 650nm all the way across?
