So I have a 2017 Civic Si running the +9 tune with the current setup: revhang disable, underboost code disabled, misfire disabled, scramble boost enabled for sport. I recently did a few 3rd gear pulls for datalog purposes and once that was done plugged the flashpro onto desktop to pull the datalogs up. This is when I ran into issues I went to save 3 of the 5 logs and I couldn’t download or save 2 of them. Then all the datalogs would just disappear for no reason. Next checked the flashpro and said Flash Memory Test Error after doing so. Everything is up to date in terms of firmware for both manager and flashpro.

Can you install FlashProManager onto another computer and send the support information again?

I will try on my laptop later after work.
