I plugged my laptop in to pull a couple datalogs one of the logs was -30 an when I opened it i had to send a error report an now the registered owner is completely cleared out I can't update it cuz I don't have a password if I check the status of these you it says it's password protected upload password protected and it's registered but all my info is gone an I'm unable to updated does anybody have any opinions ideas

damn nothin same thing I'm getting from hondatas support team witch is a joke poor that's some customers service!
