Just happened last week. Went to start the car and it cranks but does not start. Solid CE - cannot pull codes. Removed the ECU and ran it with my Moates engine SIM. All injectors are pulsing in unison - limp home mode. When I power the SIM the green LED comes on then goes off (booting) then the injectors pulse in unison. No red LED. Cannot connect to the board to perform an erase.

Installed a 2nd S300 in the same ECU and it runs fine. Installed the failing S300 in another ECU and it fails just like it does on the original ECU. The S300 was purchased in February 24 from an authorized reseller, Professional Honda & Acura Services in PR, board #42235.

How do I proceed?
