Good evening everyone.

I have just bought a Hondata S300 and i am trying to get it set up.

My username and password work correctly on the website hence im logged in and posting this.

My problem is when i try and log in from S manager. It says my username or password is incorrect.

Anyone have any ideas?

It is case sensitive, make sure you are using the proper cases as it shows on the forum.

Cheers. Tried a few times and can confirm i have the caps in the right place.

I am still getting incorrect username or password. Anyone got any ideas?

I removed the software and reinstalled but still have the same issue!

I have just created a test login for the forum and used the same login and password to log into the vault in SManager.

im having the same issue.. i was just in the vault. signed out and got the same message
