Boost Control Spike to 100% and lost all the boost at 6000rpm

Hi Hondata,
The car was running MAC 4 port boost solenoid.
Test driven it over the weekend. What I found the car was sudden boost lost in 6000rpm.
The engine was making good 6psi of boost until 6000rpm and lost all the boost while RPM is still climbing to 6700rpm occasionally.
What I found from datalogging is the boost control duty cycle spikes to 100% for a brief moment before it drop to 0% when the engine still increase in RPM.
I can hear the wastegate screamer pipe sound as it bleeding off the exhaust gas from the turbo until 6000rpm then it all went silent after 6000rpm as if it was an NA.
At the moment the combo is
Bone stock K20A3 with PRC Intake manifold (Deleted the dual plenum plastic intake manifold).
Speedfactory 4 Bar MAP sensor
Garrett GT3582
TIAL 44mm wastegate
MAC normally closed 4 port boost solenoid.
I've used the Dual Plenum solenoid wiring to get +12V to the MAC solenoid, then the other line from boost solenoid to EVAP B21 wire.
I want to sort all these out before I move onto 1000cc injectors and walbro fuel pump.
Can you see any anomaly in the datalogging attached?
Many thanks.
