Hello guys, so I am in the process of hooking up my aem x series wideband to datalog on my s300 v3. I have the AEM wideband power to the driver side under dash fuse panel, The AEM ground running to the thermostat. I have the white wire from the AEM going to the D10 pin (ELD) on my ECU, with the 136 and 138 resistors removed from the board. Now my problem is, on the s manager the afr will just sit at 19.16, until the gas is hit and it will dance around a little bit ( usually go down) but it will not even come close to matching the gauge. (over 5 units of afr different typically) I called and talk to aem and they say nothing is wrong with the unit have it checked by your local distributor(done).. idk if maybe I have the settings wrong in the paramters? I will post a calibration I am using just to start the car and have it run while I try to diagnose this issue with the aem wideband. if someone could please help I would really appreciate it. Thanks so much!

IS the wire at D10 still going to its original location, or did you cut it?

I cut the wire from d10 pre ecu, and the wideband white wire going into ecu!

Just to clarify its an Obd2 chassis, with a jumper Harness, and I cut the harness in the jumper, correct?

You can cut where ever you want. Make sure it is the correct pin on the OBD1 side of things.

okay so with key on, and sensor ready ---- too lean etc.. I get 5.00 volts from the signal wire.. which makes sense.. I will be running the car in a few once my baby gets up from a nap ( lol ).. will keep you guys informed of the voltages I get from the singal wire as with what the gauge is showing.

I know this is an old thread, but where did you end up grounding your brown wire?
