MAC 4 Port Solenoid 46A-AA1-JDBA-1BA Setup

Hi Hondata,
Just wired and plumbed up a MAC 4 Port Solenoid "46A-AA1-JDBA-1BA".
Port A - Top of Wastegate
Port B - Bottom of Wastegate
Here are my questions:
1) Is the above setup considered as "Maximum Boost at 100% Duty / Normally closed" ?
2) What is the procedure to create the "Pressure Vs Duty Cycle"?
Is it just set "Fixed duty cycle = 15%", load the engine up in 2rd gear and see how much boost the combo make, then enter the value into the "Pressure Vs Duty Cycle" table? Then move on to to set "Fixed duty cycle = 20%", record the boost pressure and fill into the table and so on?
3) Assuming my theory in 2) is correct. After filled in all "Pressure Vs Duty Cycle", I can plot a graph and just dial in the Fixed duty cycle of % to determine how much boost I would like to run in all gears?
Thank you.
