b18b
turbonetics 57trim
250 walboro
450cc blue dsm (resistor box)
new milspec conversion harness
p28 usdm s300v3
innovate lc-1

car only idles, breaks up on any throttle. car was rewired, all wiring is accessible. i removed everything that was working from crx #1 and transferred it to a better conditioned shell, crx #2 (EVERYTHING, body harness, fuel tank with current pump, dash etc). Crx #1 ran and drive just fine, but the body was in horrific condition. Crx #2 shell was bare, but completely solid. Im very new to this, but my datalog doesnt look at all like others ive seen. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

This does not appear to be the calibration you are running off of as you have a knock error, but the calibration has the knock sensor disabled. You also appear to have an issue with the TPS and MAP readings as they are very choppy. Start by testing the ECU in a known working vehicle and eliminate any possible issues there, then you will have to start checking all the wring as there is a very high likelihood that there is an issue with the wiring.

Knock was an oversight that was addressed. Every other piece of input is the same in the corrected calibration, however.

boost/vac gauge is reading -18psi, im not getting any cel, would the correction in map account for injectors dumping fuel?

Please post the actual calibration running the vehicle with the most recent datalog showing the issue.

sorry for the delay, kids man... recent calibration and data log. NOTE this is MAP sensor is a ebay 3 bar omni knock off, set as an OEM map in parameters. The reason for this is, a known working oem map gives no reading. The Ebay sensor with scalar and offset values input corrected to 617 and 11 respectively, also reads dead. The Ebay sensor set to OEM in parameters allows the car to actually idle and run and drive, only to incur a hiccup at 3k rpm (seen in log). I realize that in itself is problematic, but as it is a result its better than what the oem sensor does. All wiring is new, and connections are tight, no hacks.

Saturdayfternoon is the ebay map on oem setting
satwithoemactual is the same map with oem sensor
b18LC1450 is the map for the ebay and oem setup
LS450LC1oemmap is the oem with oem setup

Before troubleshooting any further you need to get this map sensor issue resolved as using the wrong settings for a different type of sensor will only end in disaster and cause you more headaches. You need to test the OEM MAP sensor on a known working vehicle to make sure the sensor has not been damaged by miss-wiring. Miss-wiring a MAP sensor for even a split second can kill it.

purchased a new omni power 4 bar map, the following is what happens.

omni 4 bar installed, omni 4 bar selected in map parameters runs as if unplgged (newomnimap/LS450LC1OMNI4bar)
omni 4 bar installed, stock map selected looks pretty good (omnisetasem/ LS450LC1OMNI4barsetOEM)

could it be that im overlooking something goofy?

forgot to mention, the oem map from previous post works fine in another vehicle. All wiring in the vehicle with issues is %100. power ground and signal for map and tps are in spec.

You need to try this ECU in a known working car. If it still does not read a MAP sensor correctly then you will need to find a different ECU to use.

Throttle body vacuum port partially clogged, readings were effected mechanically. The ecu worked in another car, currently works with new map sensor now.
