Engine: d15b non vtec
Oem ecu code: 37820-p2c-j63
Engine harness I don’t even know obd version just two sockets. It looks different than obd0.

Is there a conversion harness to use obd1 p75 ecu hondata s300?

I'm sorry, but this is not compatible with any OBD0 or OBD1 adapters. The s300 will not work with this ECU or vehicle.
