WEN Pin error message when uploading calibration to ECU

Every time I try to upload a calibration from my flashpro I keep getting a WEN Pin error that tells me to check pin 12. After some research I understand that the error is related to weak voltage from Pin 12 in the OBDII conector, my question is how do I go about fixing this issue? I’m not fully comfortable working on wires/electrics when it comes to my car so any advice would help!

The car in question is a 2008 Civic Si Coupe with stock ECU and no mods at all.
FlashPro Manager Ver. 2.8.6.0
FlashPro Serial # FP-SI-US-14930

I would recommend that you try your ECU and FlashPro in another vehicle to see if it will allow it to upload. You will not be able to start the car, but it should allow you to upload. If it does then it indicates a wiring issue in your vehicle that will have to be corrected.

Does it have to be the same type of car(i.e. Civic Si sub model)? I dont have anyone in my immediate circle of friends who own a honda civic.

You'd need a 2006-2011 Civic Si.

Thank you for clearing that up for me! Sadly, I dont know anyone that has an Si. So, I'll just have to check the wire connections on the obdii port.

You need to determine where the fault is in the wire and fix it. It could be a problem with a pin, or the wire may be broken internally.

Did you end up taking it to a shop or do it yourself, tbh I don't really want to do it myself cause i don't want to duck anything up lil but no shops seem to want to mess with it either..... Thanks for the help!
