Flashpro can't be detected by a computer

Hello! I have a problem, my plashpro can not be detected by any computer, no device in the windows devise manager. I tried with different computers and cables and no effect. When I connect it the power LED turning on, that's all.
Please help me.

From Help, About, what is the version of software you are using?

Thank you for the reply. The problem is not with the software. The device can not be detected by computer. But answering on your question I'm using version 2.8.7
