I´m new in all this of the CVT and OverTorque and damage the CVT!
So Here is my questions

1.-Usually with my civic in a complete stop I press the brake and accelerate waiting the full boost and release the brake pedal to take off the car with more power! This is going to affect my CVT?

2.-How can I know if the CVT is having some Issues?

3 When I drive i sport mode in the night with a complete silence the CVT like whistle(Is not the Turbo) and some times is louder? This is Normal?

DO NOT POWER BRAKE(brake and gas at the same time)! you will damage your CVT

CVT whine is normal to a certain point. Some people said that they change their CVT fluid and it goes away

#1 will damage the CVT even on a stock vehicle.
#2 the CVT will not shift properly - the revs will stay high during a shift and then go up and down quickly.

just to confirm, I have a 2019 honda civic RS (Australian). so it should be safe to load the +6psi onto my ECU without damaging my CVT? my car is stock no mods as of yet.

Yes. 2 years later we have not heard of any problems at +6 psi.

I haven’t heard issues with CVT using +6 psi calibration.

I wonder if stock conrod in non SI 1.5T is durable enough to handle the pressure in the long run.
