Good morning.

I have a client that I try to tune but your FP is blocked with Uplad Security Password. In the Registered Owner window there is the data of the previous tuner. In other words, the previous tuner was registered as FP owner. We tried to contact the previous tuner to give us the password but does not answer.

I try to unlink the car from the Hondata but it does not allow me to load the default map.

They could tell me what information is required so we can correct this situation.

What is the FlashPro serial number? Where are you located?

I'm from Panama. I'm going to contact the owner to send the information.

yes. It was bought used. The car already has a time with this Hondata. The problem is that the owner wants to change tuner and I can not load my map

So did the FlashPro come with the vehicle?

Can you go to Help in the Hondata software with everything plugged in and then click on send in formation to Hondata support. Include a detailed description of the issue.
