2017 Civic Si Full Throttle Shift

I flashed my car twice with the +6 psi that has the full throttle rev limit set to 5100 RPMs but now my car wont go past 5100 RPMs, am I missing something, the car is not suppose to redline until 6500 RPMs, I am a newbie. someone told me to check my clutch position sensor but the cars 3 months old could it really be bad

Post your calibration as well as a datalog showing the issue.

Okay so I flashed back to stock and then flashed to the +6 PSI and I changed no settings, it now does go past 5100 rpms and I believe the no lift shifting is working now. I've attached a data log if you can confirm everything seems normal that'd be great, thanks
