S300 v3 Limp Mode

Hello. I have troubles with my hondata installed on P28 ECU.
When I started the car, it immediately went into Limp Mode and displayed the CEL.
I can not read error codes when hondata is still running in limp mode.
According to my observations it seems to be due to the temperature
Previously, it all began at -20 degrees. Now at +5 Celsius.
Then when I drive a car for some time, the check is turned off and everything is good. The colder the more I need to drive so that the CEL turns off.
(about 30 minutes at 0 degrees Celsius)
I replaced all the capacitors, it did not help.
I tried to update the firmware several times, this also did not help.

Please, help me.

It sounds like there may be a cold solder joint on the ECU socketing. Can you post pictures of all the solder joints on the bottom of the ECU?

It looks like some of those may not be good solder joints. You should try reflowing all of them.

Hi, I soldered all the connections, it did not help. I also checked the presence of a signal in the wiring from the temperature sensor - all ok. Are there any other ideas?

Try the s300 in a known working ECU that already has an s300.

Ok, JDM ecu is suitable to this hondata or I need to use only USDM ecu?

It would have to be a USDM ECU.
