Just want to know if I'm doing something wrong.
In kmanager multiplexer/digital output
Multiplexer disabled
Digital output disabled
CAN output Lotus (2008)
I'm asking because it doesn't seems to work.

How have you configured the AIM?

It's a stock lotus cluster, I have not an AIM (it my 2nd option if the stock cluster doesn't work).
Yes, I know that the stock cluster you have tested is the federal one, but maybe someone tested also the european version (that I suppose is the same as the federal)

Someone told me about the CAN termination resistor. I have to put two 120ohm resistor? Where?

Termination resistor should go near to the ECU. As long as there is one termination resistor (the dash has one) then the bus will normally work, so I don't think this is the problem. Check with a multimeter that the dash has 2.5V on each CAN line, and the KPro as well (with the connector disconnected). That will tell you if you have the right wires from the vehicle harness.

I have 2.5v on each wire coming from the dash, but on the ECU side i have only 2.3v on the blu wire and 2v on the yellow wire. Now what?

Voltages sound about right. Try each combination of wire pairs in case H & L are switched, make sure there is a termination resistor near the ECU, and it should work. One thing to remember is to disconnect the USB and power cycle the ECU before each test in order to reset the CAN.

Ok, I realized that the ecu is sending something to the dash, but the RPM gauge doesn't work. It doesn't change with the 120ohm resistor.

Yes, the ignition value is being sent to the dash. It must be the difference between the US and Euro versions.

Ok, so in your opinion there is nothing that can be done to make it works completely?
