Well, what shop is it? Are they one of our dealers?

We currently are processing KPros the same day we receive them. But if there was a problem with the ECU that was sent, we would need to wait until we received a new ECU.

But again, it is impossible to say without knowing who you are and what shop you went through. Email support@hondata.com if you wish.
