Calibration on flashpro but from older version

First issue,I have the calibration loaded on my flashpro but when i open FPmanager it says they're from an older version and it wont let me download onto the manager.

Also I accidentally pressed program button after i initially pressed it so it started flashing and it cancelled the flash, now it says last upload failed but when i go to flash it again it starts to for a few seconds then the light turns off.
Any help is appreciated since my car wont start now.

What version FlashProManager do you have?

It sounds like the vehicle will not start because you stopped the reflash part way though. Open a calibration and upload to the vehicle again (any calibration), and it will fix this.
