I'm interested in building a bi-fuel car using Kpro and injector driver using CNG as main fuel and e85 for higher powered driving. My question is could I write a program that would run ONLY on the secondary injectors were I to run out of gas or for what ever reason wanted to run only on e85?

No, the software was designed to run staged injectors where either the primary injectors are running, or both the primary and secondary injectors.

With 2 injector drivers can driver #1 run low impedance main injectors and driver #2 run secondary additional set? Run with Kpro v4

The KPro can only run high impedance injectors. If you ran a second set of injectors then they can be either off or on but the KPro controlled injectors will always be running.
