I just received my flashpro and when I try to upload a calibration I receive the following message:

"The last flashpro upload failed,failure information : code 0 step 0 adress 0x00000, explanation: there is a fault with the flashpro firmware"

What year is your RDX? also are you running on the latest software version 2.8.0.0

Can you use the 'send support information to Hondata' from the help menu with the FlashPro plugged into the laptop?

I am running 2.8.0.0
