Idle blip/rev issues

Having an issue with my 2011 Civic Si. The car has been professionally tuned and runs well otherwise.
Off idle, if I blip the throttle sharply, it will rev, albeit sluggishly, and then the revs will fall below idle and the car will feel like it's stalling, and then save itself.
I've attached a datalog.
Modifications are as follows, if helpful:
I/H/E
FD2R IM, FD2R throttle, FD2R oil pump
Drag Cartel "Drop In" Camshafts
