Need some help dialing in my tune

I've been learning to tune and its still not quite right, was hoping somebody would be able to lend a hand in smoothing things out for me.
B18b crower stage 1 cams with adjustable gears and a cai

Car is idle hunting currently when warm, and when closed loop is activated it bogs really badly down low.
any other info that's needed just ask away :) cheers and tia
