2007 Civic Si Brazilian Ver, WEN pin error

Hi there i already sent the info to Hondata Support, its a customer car, a new Hondata FlashPro and the 2.7.7.0 software vresion, i checked the wire from the OBDII connector to the ECU connector A37 pin and have normal continuity, the FP is already locked to the vehicle, i can see the datalog, but i cannot download anything to the ecu, i will appreciate your help please, let me know if you need something else, thanks in advance.
