2017 Si vs Type R

Hey Guys,
So what caught my eye in the Type R is the gear shift display that shows what gear you are on like 370 Nismo and others. Do you guys think it will be possible to get the same thing in the Si? as the cluster is similar to the Type R and the screen is digital so I feel like anything can be added on there.
