Rev hang before/after

I see a "rev hang" section in the FlashPro manual. Is it available for the 1.5T, and if so does anyone have comparison data? I have a 2017 Si and am looking to eliminate this.

There are some settings to help with this (overrun fuel cut delay). However the bigger cause of this is the dual mass clutch/flywheel which keeps the revs higher between shifts.
