Kpro Wont stay connected

My K Pro V3 won't stay connected to the laptop while the car is idling. Car is a RSX Type S
It will stay connected when the car is off and turned on to the key position II but when car is idling it disconnects.
If i give it throttle pass 1k rpm it will stay connected.

I've tried adding more ground to the engine bay
different laptop
different usb cables
checked voltage on the car there fine

Are you using resistor type or non-resistor type spark plugs?

What is the part number of the spark plugs? Have you done anything to the ignitions system on the car?

izfr6k11. i have the yellow power wire on the ignition tap for power to some lights.

Pull your spark plugs and make sure they are not fouled.
