Highway driving on low cam

I have supercharged fn2 (k20z4) with c38-81 charger. I have bov before throttle body, so when Im driving on highway, its not in boost. Bov will be closed only when I press accelerator.
I set higher vtec value to 4k rpm because when I drive on highway 125 km/h in 6th gear its around 4k rpm (low cam), and its still in closed loop.
The problem is that closed loop is doing correction to 14.7 but I feel (by sound) that engine needs more fuel on that rpm. When I press a pedal little bit and it starts getting fuel (open loop) it has healthy sound. How to affect on AFR in that condition? Any suggestions?
Attached latest calibration. Don't have log with long cruse but attached one where I have short part (after 4:30).
