I can´t install the software in win7 64 bits.
I have formated my computer twice tryng to solve the problem, also I´ve tried to install it in another computer with no success. It worked for a week and then stopped again. The software doesn´t open.
All the steps suggested by Hondata I´ve followed already and it still doesn´t work.
Please, help me, my car is stuck, it has been one month since the first attempt.

"error 0' is almost certainly the application being deleted by anti-virus. See:

Also make sure you have the most recent FlashProManager software - currently 2.7.6

I do not have any antivirus installed on the computer.
Do you have any other choice?

On the FlashProManager shortcut right click and then 'Open File Location'. In the directory you'll probably find that FlashProManager.exe is missing or zero length. If this is the case, re-install FlashProManager and check that FlashProManager.exe has a valid digital signature when you right click on it. If not, then it is the anti-virus.

Somehow windows defender blocks software.
I installed avira antivirus and the software was up and running again. I was without any antivirus on the computer.
I will wait to see if the problem really will be solved. Thank you team hondata.

With Windows 7 we recommend Microsoft Security Essentials.
