H23 Vtec Pro2

I have a h23 euro r motor. Car was tuned on e85. Car ran fine. i pulled head off had the head rebuilt and put it back together with pro2. I go to fire it up and it starts for a couple of secs and dies. I know the car needs dyno tunned but i wanted to break in the new clutch before going to the dyno and making pulls.
