FlashProManager 2.6.6.0

Post by Hondata »

Changes from 2.6.5.0:
  • Added new models for the 2016-2017 Civic Turbo: 5AA-P51, 5AA-C65, 5AA-M51
  • [2016-2017 MT Turbo Civic] Added full throttle shift, launch control and removed boost lag during shifting
  • [2016-2017 Turbo Civic] Added switch for stock WOT determination, added new tables like EGR Ignition and Knock Air Limit
  • [09+ TSX] Added deceleration VTC control..
Download here

Big changes for the 2016+ Turbo Civics.

The MT gets full throttle shift and launch control, and we have eliminated the delay in target boost when shifting gears.

Both the MT and CVT get two new tables - EGR ignition and Knock Air Limit.

EGR ignition mainly affects partial throttle ignition timing. Increasing table values gives more ignition timing. The EGR index is based on an ECU calculation of internal EGR effect, and tends to be low (0-3%) at full throttle and higher at part throttle.

Knock Air Limit sets the maximum cylinder filling based on knock retard. Table values can be increased to allow for more power when there is some knock retard. This makes boost more consistent and stops boost varying with with knock retard.

Hi Admin,

I'm from Malaysia and owned a Civic FC 2016 Turbo CVT. I would like to install flashpro to my Civic FC and the current petrol available here are RON 95 & 97. Will the base map with +6 psi suitable for me or i need to get a tuner to tune to RON 97?

Appreciate you reply. Thanks.

Either RON would be fine on the +6 psi.
RON 95 = 91 octane
RON 97 = 92 octane

Hi I have a 2008 Honda Civic type R and I am based in South Africa.
I have recently updated to v2.6.6.0 and have encountered a problem.
After FP Manager updates and opens it says that the firmware needs to be updates. I clicked ok but this process took over 2hrs.
I then stopped everything. I heard that this can brick the unit!! :(
Now every time I try to plug the unit to my laptop it says firmware needs to be updated and when I click ok, the power light flashes green on the unit and the manager says not responding. It remains this way for hours.
Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Use a different laptop or pc and see if that helps. It won't brick the unit.
