I have just completed my JDM ITR swap, but I have encountered an idle problem that I haven't been able to resolve. This is a stock K20a with an RBC intake manifold. I'm using the ITR cal from Kpro. The engine runs around 1600rpm for about 3-4 min and then starts to go up and down between 1000-2000 rpm once warm. The obvious culprit would be the IACV which I took off and cleaned thoroughly. It was completely siezed but I got it working very smoothly.
I put it back on the car and it appeared to fix the problem at first but then it came back again. I took the IACV off a second time but it is still turning smoothly. I oiled the shaft inside of it and put it back on the car but it is still doing the same thing.
I'm attaching a link to the datalog showing what happens. My TPS reads 0% in hondata so I'm assuming that is not the problem?
What do you think I should do next?
Thanks,
-Ryan

JDM ITR Idle Problems
Re: JDM ITR Idle Problems
Block the port to the valve and if the engine does not stall you have a vacuum leak.

Re: JDM ITR Idle Problems
I covered the port with my fingers and the engine stalls.
Re: JDM ITR Idle Problems
If I don't have a vacuum leak what should I do next? Do you think it's possible that the magnet controller is bad?
