On my Macbook Pro with retina screen, FlashPro manager looks a lot bigger and its hard to manage windows on that screen size (even resolution is set to "best for the screen" in Windows).
Windows 10 in installed in bootcamp. When I run it in Windows XP which is in my VM, it works great (as expected on that resolution).
Can this be changed somehow?

i use flashpro manager on my 4k monitor with windows 10 . it scales properly.

check to see if your scale is at 100% and not any higher if you want 1:1 scale
right click on desktop > display settings
