My car was stolen last night

Black 1993 Honda Prelude License plate 3DGC525. Faded paint, red bumper. Northridge, Ca. My question is this; will the thief or who ever ends up with it be able to use it/upload/download? It was registered with Hondata. Do you have a way to track this?

Email support@hondata.com with the serial number. In the past we have been able to locate some stolen products but the difficult part is getting the police to follow through.
