s300, random shut offs

Hi all,
I've recently been trying out my s300 on my integras to get used to the smanager software before I finish my build.
When trying on 1 car it would idle just fine and rev up no problems but was throwing a code 20 (electric load), thought nothing of it until randomly the car shut off and I was not able to start it again on the s300. Plugging back the stock ecu it would start no problems and idled just like it used to.
Trying to make sure it wasn't the first car's problem I've just now tried running it on another car. It also threw a code 20, and randomly shut off after a couple of minutes idling. I was able to start it again and went for a drive with no problems, but later on it died out of nowhere! The engine completely shut off, lost steering but managed to get it to the side of the road. The car was unable to start after several attempts, luckily I brought the stock ecu with me and just like the other car it worked just fine.
Surely there must be an issue with my s300, but It's hard to tell since the datalogging and all other functions worked fine. Any ideas?
