Can not register my hondata - Help

Hello, I bought a Hondata FlashPro for my honda civic si 2007. It's brand new and never used or linked to any other vehicle. When I tried to register, it fails and returns the following message: "An error has occurred registering FlashPro. Check you have internet access."
But when I check my connection with the hondata flashpro manager (Help>Check Internet Connection) it says "Connection OK".
I turned off the anti virus, windows defender, windows firewall, also tried with 3 different computers and 3 different internet connections.
I need to register my hondata prior to link to my vehicle. How should I proceed to solve this issue ?
Please help me.
