Has there been any success on running the flex fuel sensor through the feed line rather than hooking it up to a return line?

I don't see any problem with that, but you'd have to try it out. I've found that any air bubbles are bad and also no flow conditions upset the reading (when you key on but don't start the engine).

Interesting, any recommendation on a good location to mount the sensor on the car. would you say having it near the fuel rail or near the firewall would be ideal to prevent air bubbles?

And when you saw the upset readings on having no flow conditions(i'm assuming the sensor was in the return line). What effects will it have on the vehicle? Slow/struggle start ups?

Air bubbles are from a bad fuel pump or leaking pressure regulator diagram.

The KPro has logic to cope with the no flow condition, where it reads the ethanol content and then waits until the engine is running before reading it again.
