Needing to reinstall flashpro manager in order to run read flashpro

I'm running Win 10 on my Early 2015 Macbook Pro via bootcamp.
For some reason Flashpro Manager 2.5.9.0 needs to be reinstalled every time I want it to read my Flashpro unit. If I boot into windows 10 and try to connect my Flashpro unit nothing happens.

All drivers are current. Under device manager for Hondata Flashpro I get a code 10 - This device is unable to start. Also the red USB light on the flashpro unit itself doesn't light up.

If i uninstall and reinstall flashpro manager again everything works just fine until the next time I boot into windows 10.

So i searched around a bit and found that Jun43(I think) suggested going under device manager and toggling between disable/enable till the PC recognizes the Flashpro unit.

That worked for me after 2-3 tries. A bit annoying but better than having to reinstall flashpro manager before every use I guess.
