New S300 installed, now runs very lean and dies.

I received my new S300 V3, installed it and uploaded the calibrations that were ran on the old S300. Now the car will not run because it is barely getting enough fuel to keep it idling. The wideband meter leans out after starting and then it dies completely if I even touch the gas.
I have to add in about 40-50% fuel compensation to get it into the 15:1 A/F range, where as before the tune was fine as-is and would idle at 14.7-15.0 AFR.
Serial 39275
B18c turbo
FIC 1000cc's
e85
Calibration attached.
Is there something I am missing that could cause the fuel to be so far off?
Thanks,

Was this downloaded from the s300 or was this a file that was stored on the laptop?

It was downloaded from my old S300 V1, saved on my laptop, then uploaded to my new S300 V3 after I got the upgrade.
I am in the process of checking out the fuel system mechanically, but want to make sure there isn't something I am missing on the tune going from S300 v1 to v3.
Thanks

It is possible that the calibration was corrupt. Try going to new calibration and creating a basemap from scratch and see if that starts it.

I can try, the tune does not appear to be corrupt, all of the main components are correct so if it is corrupt it would have to be only in the tables. And only enough that it starts and runs but is very lean. But again I can try.
What basemap is best to start with having a B18c bottom end, b16 head?
Thanks

any that are close to your setup. Just make sure the injectors are set correctly.

Alright I will work on a new base tune to see if I can get her running on it by this weekend.
Other than setting injector size from 240 to 1000, what other settings need adjusted and to what to account for the injectors? Dead time, etc.
Other than that I will just do this:
- Start with GSR basemap
- Change injector size
- Add boost tables
- Pull 1.25 degree timing per psi
- Add +30% overall fuel trim (e85)
- Add some cold cranking pulse
Anything else you would recommend?
Thanks

This doesn't have to be perfect, it is just to test and see if the car will start.

The new base tune did not fix the issue. In fact it wouldn't even start with the base tune. I am attaching the calibration file. I tried to save a datalog, but the file is not there. I hit the record button while connected and online, then after stopped I clicked Datalog > save as. What else do I need to do to save a datalog file?
I changed the fuel filter today and was going to check fuel pressure, but none of the tester kit adapters would fit in my fuel rail ports. It is pulling 18-20 inches of vacuum when it does idle on all cylinders, which again it only does immediately post start or if I add a ton of fuel in my calibration.
I also started and idled on my original tune, but it still runs completely lean then dies.
Please help if there is anything else I can check on the ECU that would cause this.
Thanks

I've been doing some more speculating, since I have to wait for my fuel pressure tester to arrive to do further diagnosis.
When changing out the ECU, the only thing that would change in the tune would be the LTFT's being cleared from memory.
PO always ran the car in summer, so it would have gotten up to temp and ran in closed loop quickly. If the injectors had been getting gummed up over time, LTFT would have compensated for this to a degree. Is it possible that having them cleared is why it is suddenly always too lean?
But then when in open loop at WOT it would have gotten lean for the PO too, or would dirty injectors not have as much of an affect at higher duty cycles?
Just trying to make sure I undestand how LTDt works to aid in my diagnosis.

As long as you save the datalog file to the laptop then you should be able to find it and post it here. Please post a datalog of the car car idling and dying.

Sorry I just read thru the help files, looks like I need to go in and download the datalogs from the S300. If I get a chance I will do that tonight and post them.
Thanks

Alright I plugged into the S300 and on the S300 > datalogging tab, there were no files to download.
I can try again next time I get to fire up the car, but not sure what to do differently so my datalogs will save.

You don't have to use on board datalogging. Just connect our laptop, datalog/record the problem occurring and save the datalog.

Figured it out. I thought when I saved the datalogs, I put them in the folder with my calibrations. Looks like they went to the default location instead.
Attaching the two datalogs I took using my old tune.
I might add that the car only is firing on all cyls right after starting with the post start trim. Then it drops to 2-3 cyls which is why the vacuum is low. It gets too lean to fire all 4.
Thanks,
